SOME RULES ARE MENT TO B BROKEN BUT THESE RULES TO FLASH ARE NOT DONT POST IF U DIDNT FOLLOW MY DIRECTIONS.
FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS to a T
1 - wipe the phone. Both cache partition and wipe to factory default.
2 - then flash the rom
3 - select provision when booted or it will boot loop (thanks to mmarks9156 for that find)
Every question that is asked about flashing will b deleted for not reading. Do this for any rom on any phone.
